Return Policy:
The Popcorn Station takes great pride in ensuring your experience is a great one. If you do have a problem with a product that you received give us a call within 7 business days from when the order was received.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If your tin was damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost (Tin Only).
Privacy Policy:
The Popcorn Station knows that security is very important to our customers. As such, we use SSL (an internet standard) to protect our customers when they make payments through our website. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data. When taking phone orders, we do not retain your credit card information on file.
We may occasionally mail or e-mail special offers to our customers. We never share our customer information with other companies.
Shipping Policies:
We ship orders within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays. All shipping is normally done through UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO boxes so please use a street address. If you do not have a street address we will ship USPS.
Once item is shipped we can supply a tracking number upon request. We will combine shipping charges if shipping to the same address.
Express and overnight delivery may be available, depending on product availability and the time of the year. Please call us at 877-267-1924 or email us to inquire about special express/overnight packages and pricing.
During the holiday season we will guarantee shipment before Christmas if the order is placed before December 12th. Any order placed after December 12 may or may not make it by December 25. Please give us a call if you have any concerns.
Tins purchased during December are subject to availability. We do not guarantee any tin design to be in stock. We will call you if the tin you want is not in stock and at that time we will suggest some other tin designs.
