Return Policy:
The Popcorn Station takes great pride in ensuring your experience is a great one. If you do have a problem with a product that you received give us a call within 7 business days from when your order was received and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If your tin was damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost (tin only).

Privacy Policy:
The Popcorn Station knows that security is very important to our customers. As such, we use SSL (an internet standard) to protect our customers when they make payments through our website. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way and never do we store unencrypted data. When taking phone orders, we do not retain your credit card information on file.

We may occasionally mail or e-mail special offers to our customers. We never share our customer information with other companies.

Shipping Policy:
We ship orders within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays. All shipping is normally done through UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO boxes so please provide a street address. If you do not have a street address we will ship USPS.
